The history of North Korean

North Korean history began with the separation of Korea in the year 1945 and the former guerilla leader Kim Eul-Sung, led by Communist-based Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), was at the end of World War II. The Korean War spread in the 1950s. After many destruction, the war ended with the restoration status quo. The DPR failed to integrate Korea under its leadership and the US-led United Nations failed to conquer North Korea. The peninsula was divided by the Korean Demilitarized Zone, and a US military was in South Korea. The continuation of the tension between the two parties continued. Kim Il-Sung was in power till his death in 1994. He developed an extensive personality and guided the nation independently under the principles of self-reliance. However, with the disaster of natural disasters and the collapse of the Soviet block in 1991, North Korea became a severe economic crisis. Kim Jong-il, son of Kim Il-Sung, became his follower and was successful by his son Kim Jong-yu. In the international alarms, North Korea made nuclear missiles.
