The borders of the Indian subcontinent, where the civilization dates back over four millennia, the ancient and historic areas in the eastern part of Chalcolithic coincide with the main part. History of the region is closely related to the history of Bengal and the history of India. Early in the history of the area is a legacy of the Indian Empire, condemned house, and for dominance between Hinduism and Buddhism. Later, Muslim rulers strengthened the process of conversion through building mosques (magadas) and madrasas. [1] However, it was separated from Indian territory 1600 kilometers (994 miles) from the Indian border. The recovery of democracy in 1991 has been followed by relative calm and economic progress.
